      image Called them and got an answering machine. When called back found out there was a service fee to get a quote so I didn't end up going with them.

      Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback. As a small family owned business we do incur a lot of expenses in being able to provide a quality service. We normally do charge an in person consultation fee that covers the technicians time and related expenses occurred by going out to perform an evaluation. We do however, apply and discount the service fee towards any work that is performed. Unfortunately, you didn’t get to experience the level of service we do provide as we were not able to provide an estimate or perform any work as your review is strictly based on the information we provided to you over the phone. Our goal is always to provide professional and dependable service that one can relay on. I hope in the future you can consider us again.       image Had Joseph come to my house for a front door threshold repair estimate. After getting back to their office they realized in good conscience they couldnt repair the threshold themselves and refunded me the charge for visiting my house. Will use them going forward for future handyman work

      image I highly recommend Handy Heating and Air. They respond quickly to calls and are on time for appts, two things important to me. Their work is impeccable, checking the HVAC unit outside, and also checking out thermostat, filters, and CO monitor inside the house. No upselling (another thing that annoys me). Their prices are very reasonable compared to larger companies that constantly mail you or advertise on tv.
