Great people out here! Area is close to the river, best grocery stores in Sacramento and great restaurants. Freeway access, gas station, 24 hour mini-mart and McDonald's for an egg mcmuffin first thing in the morning. All the amenities and what a beatiful pool!!!

This has been the best apartment property Ive lived in. Leasing team and maintenance is very attentive and the entire property of Solasta is a GODSEND and the community is beautiful with plenty of things to do within steps of your home. The pool is still under construction just as the rest of the property, but it has been exciting seeing everything be built to completion, and meeting all my new neighbors! Pet friendly community, my puppy has been the happiest hes been since moving here. Airyca is amazing in the leasing office, and so is the rest of the staff! Thank you for my new home and providing exceptional customer service and living experience.

I had the opportunity to tour the clubhouse and meet the staff before the property was finish and it is definitely 5*. The staff was inviting, professional, and super hospitable. The clubhouse was hard to leave. It if filled with beautiful living art, along with top of the line entertainment options, and the smell (important) was immediately uplifting. I will be returning to tour the units but based on what I have seen and heard, so far, this beautiful property is a must see when moving to the Sacramento Pocket.

I never write reviews but I gladly lost a bet. Shannon- you won and I will not doubt you next time. So, My wifes sister has been renting in the Bay Area for a few years while she goes to school. She recently finished and is ready to move back to Sacramento but she is PICKEY. I mean particular. I told my realtor friend no property available or going to be available this year that will check all the boxes on her list. She asked what's her "wish list". After showing her the actual list she said "let me check something real quick" and a few minutes after looking in her phone she began to encouraged my wife and I to look at Solasta for her sister. I said it is pointless. Look, we always think it's the one but her sister wants everything on the list and unreasonable about compromising on anything but Shannon said it wasn't pointless. Shannon sells houses. She doesn't lease apartments BTW. After my wife was on board, I was still set on giving up but Shannon bet me a free sitter night (gold for a parent of 2 toddlers) if she is wrong or a google review (gold for a salesperson) if she is right. "If I'm right you just have to write a little review and if I'm wrong I will owe you a free pass for 1 whole day." she said. So being a gambler(and really wanting to take my wife out), I agreed as long as she would also agree to talk to my sister-in-law and get to the bottom of it if she lost. She immediately welcomed the challenge and set me up with a virtual tour that I could share with the family. Sure enough my wife's lil sister and parents wanted to see the property. So we drove over. When we arrived we immediately noticed that the staff was as inviting, helpful, and as intentional as Shannon described. We thought maybe she had got special treatment for us even though we had gone without her. Then we had the opportunity to see a young man (also moving back after college) receive the same excellent service we had received. We were being a little skeptical but happy to be proven wrong. And.Drum roll please.This property did check all the boxes on my sister in laws list. Even living plants inside the common areas Who knew that is a MUST? Solasta, apparently. We will definitely be getting a sitter to visit for game night and cocktails.(actual must). This was a huge score for me. My wife was happy to help her sister look for an apartment but she and I where both getting tired of looking and now I am the family hero. Thank you Shannon Quine and Solasta Luxury Apartments. We are looking forward to many visits in the future.
