        WARNING: NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS! If you're a parent considering Alira as your next home, think again. Despite our best efforts to be considerate neighbors, we received a threatening letter from Alira's lawyer simply because we have children. Even with a child with autism, they showed no compassion. Tyler, the management, was particularly unpleasant and retaliatory. If you do decide to move in, opt for lower floors, but beware of reported bug and rat issues. Our experience was so concerning that we had to move out. Parents, please steer clear of this place for the safety and well-being of your family.

        clean and quiet. can't ask for more. maintenance is very prompt, often done the same day the order is put in

        Getting approved was a bit of a hassle and we ended up getting approved a day after the rate went up, moved in February 9. Ashley is amazing and super helpful and responsive, one of my highlights really. There were mice droppings in the garage but they were prompt in responding that they would get someone on it, hoping they were old. The refrigerator they replaced (first one stopped working) had mold in the ice dispenser, they were also prompt with the response but so far its a lovely place, neighbors are nice, quiet time is respected so far. With it being my first apartment we will see how things go despite having a rocky start. I hope to change my review into a more positive one in the future.
