1430 Q Apartments

It was a great 4 years! I Loved the unit I lived in, I loved the location and I had a great relationship with all the staff over the years.

Talk about feeling at home. I come over to visit a friend who lives in the building where I was greeted by Shyla. She proceeded to direct my directionally challenged self to the right location at this beautiful facility so that I would not look lost or like a loony. 5 stars and thank you for all your help.

1430Q apartment is a really great community to live. We have been living here for 7 months and glad to live with shyla who is a manager here. She is kind to residents and responsible. I also shot a picture for our building below!

1430Q is a wonderful community and I'm happy to be part of it. You get spectacular views. Location couldn't be better. All shared spaces are pristine. We are also so lucky to have Shyla and Torrine (sorry if I misspelled your name!) They are so warm, personable, and responsive to requests! Thank you for cultivating and maintaining a safe and fun community!

Great place to live! Shyla (property manager) is very responsive and eager to help all residents and guests! I adore the community aspect that she has brought to the apartment building since she started and Sacramento is finally feeling like home. Would recommend for new people moving to Sac.
