        My light in my kitchen was fixed but I'm still waiting for the light outside Apartments 390 and 386 in the breezeway to be replaced it's been out for a month, I've been to the office three times to report it and nothing repeat nothing has been done about it is dark walking up the stairs and I tripped the other night. You really need to fix this instead of ignoring it somebody could really get hurt. So for the fourth time can you please fix this please don't ignore it this time

        My husband and I applied to live in Palms on 02/21 and we did not receive a response until today, 03/04. We pay for the application for nothing. 140 dollares thrown away. Nobody answers the phone, only the person who responded to the email is the one who takes care of the case, nobody ever knows anything. We applied for the condominium next door and within two days we already had the apartment key in hand. Terrible service from Palms.

        I have had a maintenance request put in for the lack of drainage in my main shower for the past month, this was the second request I put in and they had said it was completed when it wasnt. I have another one out in and have been waiting already a week for someone to come and fix it. Keep in mind, when I put in the very first request, they said if it doesnt drain to put in another request and they would come right away to fix it. Still waiting on that to happen.
