Northwood Apartments

Ever since we got this new management team here at Northwood Apartments everything has been so much better. From needed help to simply a request I have been completely satisfied. This new team has made a big difference and continue to all the way from the manager to the maintenance people. It has changed this complex tremendously. Thank you everyone involved.

This place deserve even a Zero or below than that.They are so racist and mean especially the new Assistant manager Namely Joni Moskalets even doesn't know how to speak to tenants.That lady having a rude characteristic at all.I went there to ask question about something but she urgue with me for no reason and was busy with someone on video call and forcely ,unpolitely trying to keep me out. For performance base she does nothing in office and always busy in phone chatting . I don't understand how they give trick to their property management company to get hire because they are not helping out the tenant what they suppose to do. So it is humbly requested for the property management company to look into it and understand the situation because if it doesn't get fixed thing will be worst in the future.
