        I have lived at lark since 2019 and have enjoyed living here for the most part. They have been increasing rent and price gouging where they can, so I will stop living here after next rent cycle because of this.

        The apartments and the amenities are nice but MAN do not leave a bike outside. They will not help you out. My room mate had his tires stolen, my friend had their bike stolen. One day I woke up and all the tires on a whole ROW of bikes was missing. The gates are easy to open without a fob so anyone can get in and do whatever they want. Good apartments, bad area.
