Bank of America ATM

It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Staff (after waiting to talk to someone for 30 minutes) did not want to be bothered. I was told I would need to visit a different branch as they were not able to help me. I was with BofA since 2005 and left last year. They charged a lot of fees and recharged for resubmitted drafts weekly. This is no longer legal. Class action lawsuits now prevent many charges that are on the same transaction. I would not recommend Bank of America.

By far one of the worst branches of BOA. They do not care about their customers. Waiting inline for 40-50 minutes just to be told they cant cash my checks on multiple occasions. Manager needs to be fired.

I gave one star only to get on the board here to post! This bank is less than professional . The teller was very rude I asked to withdraw $50.00. I asked for a balance as well Becuz I didnt know how much was in there . He never spoke any words to me. He tossed the money into the tray at the bottom of the window. He didnt look at me. No thank . No kiss my rear. Nothing! It seemed he had an attitude with me. I asked for a receipt he tossed it in the tray. I looked at the balance and saw there was funds in the account so I went back in . Stood in line Again. Got the same jerk teller who wont look at me . I said Id have took care of this a few minutes ago when I came through here if you have given me the balance . Id like $200. Please. He called the manager . Who must have schooled this guy on His rudeness attributes. Now suddenly I cant get any money out; after doing this three times at this branch, and its almost 5:00 pm. Ive got power of attorney. Im helping out a friend who is in need of help. But for some reason this bank thinks whatever they think and denied me . I truely hope things come back to them in the same manner that they ve given to me. My friend wont be happy about this . Satisfied customers is not their goal.
