Appointment scheduling was easy. I loved how clearly they communicated their findings from the vehicle inspection - they provided pictures of the worn out tires which they were recommending for replacement. The price for the service and recommended repairs was competitive. Will be going back for my next service. I hope they can fix the internet for the waiting area.

I had my 2007 Ford F-150 repaired here, They did a great job, My car run and driver great with no more leaks, They are very professional and communicate well throughout the those process.

Wish I would have brought my 2012 BMW X3 here initially instead of going all over town to get my check engine solved. Definitely recommend them. They also do things at a very cost efficient price way better than the dealer prices. I will definitely come back in the event I need more work done for my car and Stephanie is amazing! Great team of mechanics! Also they are a STAR station and will smog for you as well. Thank you!

We took it into prestige after receiving a diagnostic from Ford to fix the apim. Fortunately they did take the diagnostics and said it would be a simple job with a max of 3 days. They took the car Thursday and didnt even have the part on Monday. They didnt check in; instead, I kept having to bother and call them repeatedly throughout the week to check in for my car. I received my car the following Thursday. When I asked about a discount, they didnt get back to me about it and said oh if it is not finished today you can use your car for free then we can bring it back to get fixed. Seriously? Why wasnt that option presented when the part wasnt even ordered? We were given a 5% discount. Gee thanks doesnt even cover the tax. We will definitely not be returning.
