I took my highlander hybrid in to Steven for a part repair, brake bleed and brake and rotor replacement. I couldnt be more happy and appreciative for his reasonable prices and quality work as well great communication. I will recommend and be returning for my car auto repairs In Sacramento.

I set up an appointment for 9:00 a.m. for my Volkswagen repair, drove 2 hours to get here because they quoted me the best price out of all of the garages I spoke with on a $3,000 repair. I get here today and they don't have my part ready and they never told me the repair would take several days, which is not possible for me because I live 2 hours away. Y'all need someone better for sitting up customer appointments and answering the phones. Why wouldn't you guys call me if you're not ready for me? And why wouldn't you guys provide me accurate time frames? Am I just supposed to read your mind or assume that you're going to keep my car for a few days? All I get is an apology for "miscommunication" and nothing else offered for the trouble and effort spent.

I took 2 of my vehicles to River City Mororsports. A BMW 535, and Highlander. They were able to diagnose the issues on both vehicles, and finish the repairs ahead of schedule! The staff are professional, answer questions, honest, and explain what the issues are. I would recommend them to my friends, and family as they fix the problem, not at the problem. They do not recommend work that doesnt need to be done like other shops have done in the past!
