        Waiting for more than 1 hour for the banker. They need to staff more bankers or make sure these bankers are not talking about personal business (overheard conversations about family) with clients.

        It's so frustrating that the managers stand around when the line continues to grow past 4/5/6 people. 8 out of 10 times the line is ridiculous. If you dont have the staff then jump in and help instead of standing around. The people are very friendly who work there including the security guy. super nice. Best part of showing up.

        Very helpful and courteous staff. Each one of you is amazing. They have 2 ATM machines that are located outside and are accessible 24/7. They do have small locker facility. The bank is business friendly and staff is very professional.
