        Excellent snow cones but incredibly inefficient and/or understaffed. Even though we walked directly up to the counter, only after ordering were we told it would take 30 minutes and then it took an hour and 15, which honestly is dangerous when its 100+ outside and they provide no shade, seating, water etc. I get they have no competition so they can treat customers however, but heres hoping another shaved ice place opens to encourage this place to up their game.
