        Picked up large car at SMF for 3day rental starting Feb16. I was offered a Honda Accord with 38k miles and was told the other car had 68k miles. Needless, took Accord. An extremly beat up car, with breaka squeaking, paint chipped off all around, dirty inside and out. Immediately went back, and the other car happened to be an Altima with 22k miles (instead of 68k). Was told, this will be last choice - take it or leave it. It was dirty as well, less beat up though. No choice, so took it. Very very dissapointed!!

        Budget Rental is a scam, rude staff, liars and disrespectful staff, over charged me $400+, never will I rent.

        Scammed $1,400 from this incredibly shady "rental car company." They fidged the miles when I turned my car in and was charged for 1,500 extra miles of driving in 3 days. I ended up being charged over $2,000 for renting a car for three days. HQ phone # was absolutely no help, and there is no way to reach the Sacramento store. Total scam, never using them again.
