There is hardly any outside lighting, looks very unsafe at night. Not very helpful when you ask for instructions with equipment.

I recently switched to this gym and I absolutely love the staff ,love the equipment and I love the classes and daycare they offer my only con is about how inconsiderate some people are ,they HOG the equipment or save it for someone else and will stay on it for an hour on SAME machine ,and I dont think that fair for other people who want to use it . For example I did a whole hour 1/2 work out and a girl stayed on the hip thrust machine my whole work out when she finally gets done I asked to use it and she said she was saving it for her friend lol like ,they really should put a limit on how long one can stay on equipment .I wish they would offer extended hours as well that would be great but so far a great gym .

I really like the structure of the gym, the hot Pilates and Yoga. My favorite is the Recovery Room... the Zero Gravity massage chair is the best!

I barely switched to this gym not to long ago I love it the energy is great staff is awesome my only complaint would be the kids area I have child who i sometimes take with me to the gym one day I took him and there was a girl with special needs watching a bunch of kids ALONE while there was like 3 staff at the desk doing nothing but greeting people in . I think this is super unprofessional how would you let a girl with needs handle a bunch of toddlers on her literal own . There was kids crying and she just kept ignoring them walking back and forth . This honestly bothered me alot I know its technically not a daycare but the least they can do is try to make the kids feel heard comfortable and safe especially since my child is new he has a hard time adjusting. That day I literally had to leave 15 minutes into my workout which is frustrating bc im paying for the kids area monthly .
