Dr was AMAZING, compassionate, helpful, patient. Just made me feel at ease! Downside- dismissive hand tattoo receptionist. I asked a question and she replied for me to look it up for myself on my own phone (I asked the date because my phone was charging in my vehicle) Also PAID in full on groupon for a percussion massage and Hydrotherapy as well. Receptionist said No. Was so looking forward to my adjustment and massage and hydrotherapy session that I bought. I did not receive what I bought. Just supper disappointed because I really loved this Doctors work. I asked the reception what about what I paid for and she said I was getting any of that on my visit.

My service was cancel cause i was frustrated on the phone because they randomly change their days of business at will. nice chiropractor overall but they have weird schedule of times open. So for this i would not recommend them. Customer service could be better

To begin, Dr. Karp squeezed me in on a Saturday for my 1st appointment very last minute. He showed me what we are up against and explained exactly how we can attack it. I've suffered for over 2 years with a pinched nerve, and, over 30 years with hip and knee pain. I walked out of Spectrum feeling lighter and confident that at 36, I will not need spinal surgery. He did not attempt to up-sell me and refused a tip, that was the icing on the cake for me. I will be returning and also getting my daughter and husband in as well. He is fantastic!

I want to say an absolute thanks to these people. I give them 5 stars because these have been the only ones who are not only respectful, but honest, charismatic, and overall have a kind and great vibe. I got hurt during a wrestling dual on Tuesday and its been hard to do day to day things. Before going in I wasnt even able to move my arm without a lot of pain. Now, a couple of minutes later after leaving the place. I able to move my arm around a bit more with way less pain and discomfort. Thank you so much Spectrum Health & Pain Clinic for helping me. :)
