Seth is the absolute best! After our two dogs got skunked in our backyard and brought the odor into every room in our house, Seth was quick to respond and help us get our house back to normal. Not only was he immediately responsive, but he was also honest and fair in his help. He suggested we try some simple home remedies first to reduce the odor and then brought in his ozone treatment machine as the final step to remove any remaining odors. I cant express enough how grateful we are to Seth for his genuine care and generous help. We will recommend him to any family and friends who may need odor removing services in the future!

Seth was extremely responsive- got back to me within an hour on the weekend- which seems to be getting rarer and rarer these days! We were cleaning out an old gross shed, and they were able to safely haul off a bunch of junk as well as deal with rat and mice feces safely- he even was patient with my questions and explained things well. Him and the crew were polite, happy and professional to deal with and I would not hesitate to hire them again if we need help. Thanks Seth!!

If you need help (trust me, you will) clearing the home of a hoarding relative call Bio-One. This isn't something they can do, this is their specialty. We I literally couldn't have completed the job without them. They were responsive, prompt, pleasant to work with, and cheaper than the competitors. The level of service they provided was beyond my expectations. They removed junk from inside and outside of the house, making multiple runs to the dump each day. They disposed of dead animals and vacuumed up animal droppings. They exercised discretion, setting aside potential items of value. Their knowledge was extensive and critical given the variety of unexpected items we found (a dead opossum, assorted chemicals, tires, electronics, etc.). I can't emphasize enough how helpful the team was, not only for the hard work, but also for the compassion and moral support.

We live in rural Northern California and during a home inspection for the sale of our house our crawlspace had been a haven for rodents. I called Bio One and Seth came out immediately and corrected our rodent dropping issue. He was so kind and considerate at a time that is very stressful for me.
