        Didnt expect to wait 16 minutes in the Drive through for two hot lattes. Then arrive at the window to only be given one drink when I paid for two drinks. Had to wait longer for them to make the second drink.

        They made my order incorrectly and when I told them TO CHARGE ME FOR A NEW DRINK they gave me the biggest attitude I seen. I wasnt even asking to get a new fee drink all I asked was for a new coffee and TO GET CHARGED FOR IT. I dont think anyone should feel bad for asking to re make your drink if they were the ones to mess it up.
