Do not believe on the reviews. They are fake. They tricked me to get credit card information and charged it for 50 dollars. I cancelled the appointment and they said that the money will be refunded but it was all a lie. They did not refund the money. I will be calling the bank to dispute the transaction.

Amazing service! On time, helpful, friendly, kept at even though there were a few road blocks. But, the technician didn't quit and got the job done. I've never have had a better installation service than Ontech!

The technician arrived as scheduled; called beforehand to advise the exact time of arrival; was very respectful of our home; advised the options and provided his recommendations; worked on a nonrelated issue towards resolution; and is coming back today to perform changes not originally scheduled but we were going to schedule. Very professional and offered money saving alternatives. I had my second visit from OnTech yesterday to correct errors caused by Google's Tech Service group. This Technician was the most helpful and informed that I have encountered. He corrected hardware issues (I upgraded to a Mesh Wi-Fi system for my wireless) and reinstalled all of the camera, thermostat and doorbell software. I am much happier than I was two days before.

Brent was here when he said he would be, within the time frame we were given. He was masked and removed his shoes to enter our home, and he was very respectful. When told what the problems were, he immediately set out to resolve them. Because we are second owners of the house, our security system had to be "pared" with us as new owners. It was a difficult and time-consuming task, but he persisted--checked our equipment several times. He got the pieces up and running that were working and, by the time he left, we had a security system in place! Thank you so much, Brent!! We would highly recommend OnTech Smart Services.
