Dr. Novan , Dr. Ben and the staff at Blossom Dental are top-notch!!! The doctors, hygienist, and dental assistance really care about your dental care. The office is always very clean. I've been coming to this practice for many years, and every time I come, they've updated something to enhance the service for their clients or some other beautiful update. My family and I love coming here. We drive from Elk Grove to come because we know that we're going to get the very best care! Went three times, exchanged my crown of an implant twice and cannot get the right color. I cannot tolerate the pain and refused to have that exchanged again. Therefore, one of my front teeth looks funny.
Tried to get a replace retainer, waited for a week for a call back. The attitude of the people at front desk is arrogant and suggest me to "go to other places" if I cannot accept their price. I was just telling that person "I remember your own retainer was not 200 dollars per piece when I was here last time."
