Update: The doctors are great. Office staff has been uneven which has led to customer service and pricing issues. They are aware of these issues and working on them. The dental care itself is great -- they just need to fix their systems.

The staff is great, they take good care of me and keep me organized. The dentists and hygienist are knowledgeable and very good in their repective roles.

This place is a ripoff the doctor knows what he's doing he'll even offer you some free services but then they try to charge you twice as much as Delta care charges you then when you argue with them over the price and they get upset and want to act stupid if you want to paid twice as much as you supposed to pay then go here they confuse you with the way they have their prices they'll tell you that your coverage only covers so much which is a lie and then try to get you to sign a piece of paper trying to get you to pay more these guys are straight crooks don't pay attention to the rating whatsoever

I just called to make an appointment with this office. the scheduler should get trained how to deal with patients. She does not have service minded at all. I try to explain to her that I do not have a group number on my dental card, so I told her I will call to insurance company and enter on the website myself, if she has any issue, just call me in the later date since I will have an appointment in 10 days but she keep cutting me to the point I have to hang up. I hope the owner of this practice do see this message and train your staff to be more friendly and tactful because at the end of the day, there are many dental offices out there.
