Beware of their online system! I submitted an appointment request and received an email with a calendar invite. So naturally I figured I had a confirm appointment. The week of appointment i follow up by phone just to be informed that the appointment was in person since my calendar invite showed a virtual meeting. I was told that i have no confirmed reservation apparently their online request is just a request and doesnt make a confirmation. Just wasted 2 weeks for nothing!

I am speaking to the Arden location. I have been to a few childrens' dentist, this isn't a place for kids Not only is this pace filthy and difficult to navigate... But! The dentist and hygienist were rude- neither introduced themselves to my 4 yr old. When I prompted an introduction GG talked to me, not my daughter. And then demanded she keep her hands down. Open your mouth and trust me, even if I can't acknowledge you The hygienist and assistant were talking while my daughter was in their care And the dentist said "Should I leave? Maybe I come back? " In my babies mouth And then- after arguing on top and ignoring her They recommend I allow then to use anesthesia. Hmm they said she could be still- no, no!!

My daughter has been getting treated for her braces here ,and so far everything is been really good.Friendly staff and very clean inside.

The dentists are all so nice and treat us patients so well
