I would not give them a single star. Do not rent from them. We are having to go through the legal process to get our deposit back after losing everything in the Paradise Camp Fire. They are absolutely without a doubt the worst people to rent from. They do not act like landlords. Their "manager" sleeps around and gets high with neighbors. They show up whenever then don't fix the problem
