My fianc is a touring professional that is constantly on the move. This hardly makes coordinating a delivery from the opposite coast an easy task to complete. Raquel's fielded multiple changes to my order all while remaining pleasant, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. Despite the goose chase I sent them on, they still delivered a beautiful arrangement on time on what I'm sure is the busiest day of the year for them. Their customer service was excellent. I'm incredibly grateful for all they did to ensure my lady received her arrangement before jet setting on to the next town. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was completed when so many other businesses wouldn't have put forth the effort. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. A BIG thank you to the whole Raquel's team!

My sister loves the succulent and orchid arrangment. She sent a photo and I can see it is stunning. Thank you for such a quick delivery.

This was such a great experience! From the ease of ordering to the consistent updates throughout the day. Once the flowers were delivered, I immediately received a notification and then heard from the individual who received them. On top of everything else, we were told the bouquet was beautiful!! I cannot say enough how happy I am with Raquel's Florist!! Thank you!! :)
