My experience with this business was a "Safe" drop site for a valuble UPS package. Unfortunately, this was the least safe location possible, think box of both packages and trash on the floor with no one that speaks English. The package was "lost" for days and the employees/owner of this business were extremely rude. My package was delivered, when I inquired about it, they repeatedly told me to check back tomorrow. For 4 days they asked me to check back, when I would they wouldn't reply or answer their phone. When I did get ahold of an employee, they would hang up or act annoyed by my call. After I opened an investigation with UPS and informed them of it, all of a sudden my package was "delivered", even though it had been confirmed to be there for 4 days. My package was never found, and I'm sure that this business stole it. According to UPS it was checked into this "SAFE" drop-site and lost in their care. Do better. Dont shop here.

The centerpiece arrived with all the flowers shown in the picture, and they were all very fresh. It lasted over a week! I also like that Everest Flowers is a local business. I will definitely order from them again.
