They were very professional and pricing was fair. We just wanted cremation and death certificates, so it was easy. The only reason they did not get a 5 star is because they did not return calls in a timely manner and I understand that to be due to a change in the answering services ability to get messages to them.

Lombard is wonderful. My mother paid for her final arrangements in advance (which I strongly recommend), and when she passed they immediately stepped in and took care of everything. The general manager was respectful and very helpful. She guided and advised us through the whole process. I can't recommend Lombard Funeral Home enough!

It's HARD enough going forward in life without your loved one, then before their very scent has left this world you are asked to do the impossible "Make the Arrangements" That is EXACTLY what 'Lana' from LOMBARD FUNERAL HOME helped me through. In fact my loved one never had to lay in a cold storage room nor the morgue, she fell into that forever sleep in her own bed and after I made the call to Lombard she was compassionately transported to Lombard Funeral Home to get ready for times ahead. Lana helped me with so much! She listened very carefully and when I saw my loved one next l felt the weight of the world lifted off me! I could sing their praises in all the areas, they did their very best!! "When that time comes" for you or your loved one to do the impossible, reach out to Lombard Funeral Home and ask for help. Lombard staff was professional, very helpful and caring. My mother looked beautiful. Thank you Paten for making my experience a good one for understanding my needs , they did not disappoint. I would recommend Lombard to anyone needed these services . God bless you and thank you so much .
