The facility is not set up for presentations or livestream technology. I had to resort to my own Zoom account and they had to use a cell phone to broadcast the service. If you want to livestream an event or record it, then this is not the place for you. There were many technical issues with the slide show that we used during our presentation. The attendees that attended remotely were unable to clearly hear us or see us. They were unable to clearly see the slide show because the staff used a cell phone and they couldn't hear the music from the slideshow or the memory slide very clearly. That took away from the experience that others in the room experienced. They should have had equipment to livestream the event. They need to update their technology to allow users to use the projector from the podium. The facility itself is very clean and modern and the staff is friendly.

When our father passed away, we selected to work with Nicoletti based on a recommendation from a friend of Moms. We are so glad we did. During a very difficult time, they made this process as easy as possible for our family. It can be so overwhelming during a very emotional time and we felt like we were in good hands. We worked with Haley and she was fantastic so compassionate and supportive. As the primary family contact, I greatly appreciate how responsive Haley was when I had a question or needed additional information. Overall, Nicoletti were very helpful and thorough and were respectful and dignified throughout the experience. We loved the portrait they created of Dad.

I chose to work with them because they have been around along time and I thought they could make the process smooth for me even though there were less expensive options. They messed up my husbands death certificate so it had to be amended. It took them over 3 weeks to have my husband cremated. When I expressed upset about that, I was told that they were taking good care of him. Were they tucking him in at night? What a ridiculous comment. They tried to charge me for something I didnt want or need. I was told it was part of the package. I held my ground and they took the charge off. When I asked who was in charge, that seemed to be unclear. They made a difficult situation even more difficult.

Adam and everyone at Nicoletti went above and beyond with helping me navigate the waters of cremating my mother. I cannot say enough good things about them. Caring, professional, honest, and trustworthy. Thank you so much.
