Heartwood Artisans

David, the owner of Heartwood Artisans, accomplished the unimaginable. We hired Dave to create a round table with a leaf that matched the wood of our preexisting furniture. Matching wood color is a difficult, almost impossible task. Dave persevered, creating his own stain that was a great match. He even provided us with a small container of the stain he created so we could touch up our "old" furniture. Dave is a great communicator and a true artist. We now have a table that will last a lifetime.

David was an excellent communicator, he answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. The Zoom call that he did to ask me about my project was very personal and made me feel comfortable with him. David completed a beautiful table and bench project for us in a super reasonable amount of time. He also worked with my purchasing my own artistic legs online, he picked them up from me when they arrived. David delivered and set the table and bench up in my home. The table and bench are totally beautiful and we love them so much, the quality and craftsmanship is excellent.

I cannot speak highly enough of how wonderful and easy it was to work with David. I had reached out to him for a small project that had been turned down by others. Not only was he willing to work with me, he was able to do it quickly and even provided some great suggestions on how to elevate it. Thank you, again!!

I recently had Dave make three Memory Boxes for my adult kids. I told him what I wanted, he offered some great suggestions, and then he produced something that my kids will cherish for their lifetimes. Dave is a young guy who is following his passion and growing his business by exceeding his customers expectations. He is local, talented, and easy to work with. Give him a shot at your next custom project and you wont be disappointed.

You can not go wrong with Heartwood Artisans and Dave Longenecker. I collect Lladros. The cabinet I had was getting too small so I went looking for a much larger one. I realized quickly that the only way to get that was to have it custom made. I went to furniture makers, cabinet makers and woodworkers only to be told it was too much of a project and probably couldn't be done. No one would even attempt to take in on until I found Heartwood Artisans. Dave recognized the many challenges, but was ready to take it on. I gave him the design I wanted and he kept me in the loop regularly on progress and possibly better ways of doing things. He is a master hands down. The finished product is perfect. I can't thank Heartwood Artisans enough for taking this on. Dave is personable and so easy to work with. You won't find anybody better for those "can it be done" projects. Deb Conner
