Rack Man is definitely one of the greatest companies to deal with I've ever expereinced. I have purchased 3 racks from them so far on two occasions. The entire staff is really nice and friendly. It feels like you're going to visit friends. They help you pick what you need based on what your plans are and package it up nice and put into your vehicle. Dealing with them makes me want to keep going back to get more racks. They are literally that nice and friendly. The racks that I got are perfect for my use. (Guitar storage) very high quality.

From the moment I entered the door of this establishment, I was greeted friendly voices and faces. Within literally seconds, Jim Warren's crew made me feel like family! (Not the least of which was reception.) After a brief description of my needs, I was encouraged to help myself to an impressive array of coffee and snacking selections. Within barely enough time to brew a cup of Keurig coffee, a salesman greeted me. We toured the warehouse while I explained my unusual shelving needs. With some expert information and advice from the salesman, I choose an order that fit my vision perfectly. My customized order arrived in perfect time with no hiccups or delay excuses.
The customer service I received is at a level that all others should be judged against. My parts were "Made In The USA" and of the finest quality. I was actually surprised by the economical cost. (Shhhh...I was prepared to pay much more.) I have had the pleasure of visiting three times now. The Rack Man will have all my future business, for sure!
