        The employees on the phone are nice but the people who come out to service never show up and the people in the office can never get a hold of them to see what is going on. When they do show up they dont know what they are talking about and have to send someone else out who says something different than the first person. This has been a very stressful experience.

        Anna is very rude. I responded to an ad they posted for a position with the company. She contacted me and asked if I could come in the next morning at 9am. Since I have other obligations already, 18 hours notice is hardly anything, I said well no not tomorrow morning. Before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said never mind and hung up on me. Good luck finding quality employees with someone that is totally rude making your calls.
