    They'll do what they can not to compensate you by asking you to produce documents that are impossible to obtain because the source of those documents refuses to help you. So you end up hitting a dead end. What a waste of time.

    If I could give this a zero star I would. They dont communicate they take months for any type of response and have horrible customer service for the victims of there state. I was shot and paralyzed 3 years ago and have been trying to get compensation since and theyve continuously denied me its not worth jumping through there hoops to only get denied in the end for no reason. Channel 7 needs to do a story on them.

    They do not help the victims of California. I was in a severe accident about a year and a half ago I submitted everything timely for all my bills that weren't covered.. There was nothing done about any of it I call every week. All the assistance they offer is bull. I was left w severe spinal damage and a prolapse gut that requires surgery that I did not qualify for disability for. They still did not assist me. So I appreciate it california is just the worst

    They use to be extremely helpful and took pride in helping out families. Not sure why they dont communicate correctly with the victims because there is lots of she said he said activity. They have lots of new employees that need to be trained properly or just take pride in working and helping the families instead of worried about their pay. Dont expect to get a call from upper management, if you have been told you will. I have been calling twice to 3 times a week and its been 6 months since I have been told I would speak to upper management. I recommend you record the conversations and write down names of the people you speak to. It upsets me that I have to write this negative review but Im certain Im not the only one who feels this way. I hope they can improve their communication, follow ups, with in the company or maybe its the upper management who has lost pride in their work. They wont provide a direct number to speak to upper management or an email I feel for the families and victims who been effected. In reality Expect about a year to be helped. I just dont want families to rely on it on the time that may be said. From the reviews I have read, its upsetting that others feel the same way
