        Ive never had a bad experience at Drybar. My hair looks great and I always get a lot of compliments :)

        Awful service. If you have an appt, expect to be late. Never had an in-time appt. Asked for The Cosmo which is like a loose beachy curl and it fell out /looked bad by the time I got home (20ish mins). Im not even sure if the stylists are hairdressers or just maybe trainees? Not sure but this is the 4th time Ive gone and not going again. The last 3 appts were also late but at least the style stayed.
