        Ive been a customer here for a long time and never had any issues with my purchases before. A few months ago, I purchased a new DeWalt battery that shouldve been 5AH but when I opened the box (kept it as an extra) it was an old 1.7AH battery. After I called them to explain the issue, they told me to bring it into the store. At the store they said theres nothing they can do since its not the correct battery, hence the problem. Open your package at the time of purchase to make sure youre getting what youre paying for to avoid the same issue.
