EVERYTIME I COME HERE ITS SOMETHING I Would Not Recommend!! Woke Up To Puddles From Something Leaking , Told the Person In The Front & All They Did was Come look at it & Said they Didn't have No More rooms Available , I paid For The 2 Queen Bed Suite . Then After Hours he Said He Can Change My room To One With One Bed then Gave Me A Key to A Dirty Room I asked For A manager & He Said He Was The manager & there was nobody i can talk to & no discount or refund either ! I'm So upset My Kids Been Slipping & Have To Stay On The bed Or Go Wait in Our Car Until They Finally Clean The Room With One bed

The hotel was relatively clean and affordable. However, our room smelled strongly like smoke despite being a no smoking room. My girlfriend called and asked if we could check out at 12 rather then 11, and they politely said yes. However, at 11:45, a man pounded at our door while we were in the middle of packing and screamed at us we had to leave now and was incredibly rude. He wouldnt listen to any attempts to reason, if we wouldnt be allowed to check out late it wouldve been nice to know that when we called instead of being lied to. Location is surrounded by homeless and our car almost got broken into while I was still inside. Girlfriends legs were covered in bug bites after sleeping in the bed. TV didnt work either.

This was the least cost motel in Sacramento. The location is right off the freeway. The state capital is 10 min away. A nice park along the American River is within walking distance. That's the good. The location is surrounded by homeless encampments. The front desk was not manned when we arrived. Some of the other guests had the appearance of wanting a room by the hour rather than for a night. The floors are sticky but mopped. Overall, there's a lot of deferred maintenance. All the towel racks were missing. There was not a working ice machine. The staff, while polite, all speak English as a second language. My daughter stayed the night before and forgot a pillow. We were able to retrieve it. That was cool. There's a Dennys and McDonald's in walking distance.
