Thank you for your feedback Lindsey. I believe you already know how clean \dirty the property was. Small doesn't mean it will not take time to do the job properly. It does take time when the cleaning is never done on a property and if floors are caked with dirt and grime. Also you didn't mention that the painters( 5 guys) will be there when the team will be cleaning. The Team could have stopped and we could have rescheduled this cleaning but when scheduling you did mention that it was suppose to be done by that certain date so we didn't wanted to make it difficult for you. Definitely took more time because the team had to redo all the areas again which they already cleaned because the painters were walking every where and making a mess. CSR called you to discuss about this situation but you didn't answer your phone and didn't call back. When the team needed more time to finish we called you again and we did speak to you and you did approve more time. We believe the job was completed well at a fair price.
