My wife and I highly recommend Capital City Maids. Jesus and his team take great care of our short term rental cleanings when were out of town. Their response time is very quick. We feel valued as customers, they do good work, and we will be using Capital City Maids in the future.

They were on time which was a great way to start. When my wife and I came home we immediately could smell the cleaning products which was a good sign. After the cleaning ladies left, we noticed the amazing attention to detail. They didnt miss a single thing, and went above any beyond in every aspect. Definitely would use again and plan too!

I am fairly disappointed with this company as I have used this company before in my previous house. I scheduled a deep clean move out and as I hadnt heard anything when it came to the day of the scheduled clean out I called and they had forgot my scheduled cleaning and I told them I had a carpet cleaner coming in the morning. They came the day after the scheduled move out cleaning and rushed the cleaning before the carpet cleaners got there. I get a text that they have finished and pay them for their time without seeing it . I go there the next day and the temperature is set at 50 degrees and to my surprise I text them and they blame it on the carpet cleansers when on the phone they told me they tend to forget to turn off the ac to text to remind them as I did . I have also used them Before as in my previous house the ac was left on for several days after the clean out . If it wasnt enough that the energy was set to 50 degrees when it was 102 outside there were things not done as in a move out cleaning. Service: Deep clean
