Chaat Bistro

Tried this place out for the first time. Wanted to like it and I suppose the food might be ok, but despite ordering the lowest spice level available, it was so spicy it ended up being inedible for me.

The flavors were amazing!! Fish pakora..... Butter chicken.... And a Sahi wrap.... DELICIOUSNESS .. A little spicy for me and I got the mild... But everthing spicy to me.....oh but it was so good .. And I still ate it!....... Can't wait to try it again....

During our 3 days trip to CA, stumbled upon this gem, ordered Cholay Bhature for lunch and it was simply the best Cholay Bhature we had in US, have tried almost all restaurant in NJ area, but the taste of the Cholay cant be beaten anywhere nearby, simply the best everything was just spot on. We liked it so much, so we went another day to try something else, ended up with Dal Makhani and Naan/Roti for lunch, this dish was also exceptionally made well more on the yellow side than the traditional red/black shade. The Chef made the food just perfect to tingle your taste bud with wide variety of spices, without making it too hot/spicy. Overall, I am happy that we found this hidden gem, and tried it, If I live in the area, I would have tried every dish from this awesome kitchen. The dining room is comfortable and very clean. I enjoyed my meals very much!
