        This is my moms insurance company. Because my mom is elderly, I have had the occasion of speaking with Melanie and Thomas George for various insurance needs. I gotta tell you, these people are as nice as they come. Efficient, expedient, thorough. Just amazing. Ive worked with Melanie the most often and I find it hard to find the right words to describe how great she is. So helpful always! Thank you

        Tom is simply the BEST insurance agent I've ever had. We switched to him/Farmers after a 40+ year relationship with State Farm that went sour years ago, and I should have switched sooner. Now I'm glad that happened because Tom is so totally responsive and helpful! He made the switch easy, thoroughly explained everything in the policies (2 cars and home insurance), and could give us comparable or better rates. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, sincerely cares about his clients, and will go above and beyond if or whenever necessary.
