      image Very chatty friendly guy at the beginning but when I really needed his help after an accident, he would not respond my calls or my emails. Out of frustration, I switched my insurance to other company, turned out that I got much better deal from the new insurance company. I was supposed to get some refund from this company for unused premium but they declined to do so for reasons that I don't understand.
