I've had coverage through Eugene Yates Insurance for quite a few years now. I've always been impressed with their service, always super quick to respond to me whether it's to add a driver, add/change a car, or request a document so I can drive for a field trip. Everyone I've worked with is super nice, helpful, and they take the time to explain any changes! I'll even get emails and / or letters explaining why a certain change has occurred, and as always to call with any further questions. I would for sure recommend this company for all your insurance needs!

I called 3x times, my agent wouldnt call me back. I took the liberty of going to Progressive directly, and ended up saving $150+ a mo. Their loss, dont waste your time with these people.
