Ice Insurance, and Jake in particular, have been an integral part to solving our insurance problems. The previous "broker" had sold us insurance that exposed us to potential legal issues. Jake Identified the issue, helped guide us through a selection process to give our employees the same benefits for basically the same cost. He, and his company, are what all companies should strive to be, customer focused.

Wow-great customer service and always very responsive! When my rates went up, they reached out to me to discuss. Very different than past experiences of just getting a bill in the mail. They are paying attention to my coverage and being proactive. I would highly recommend this company. I have been using them for many years and have always been happy with the level of service.
