Love Laundry Downtown

1st star - repurpose a building that was deemed to be set on fire by the lovely hobos. 2 nd star - SPACIOUS, u can almost add more of everything!! 3 rd star - machines work a lot of the laundromat in the area have the worst like half of the machines are broken or what not.... not this one. 4th star - OKAY thanks for the free dryers, sucks you have to almost wrestle to use one of them. But myself that choose not to, I was just not happy with the $1 for 20mnts of drying. I can just travel to my favorite place on how and hurley and dry free on any dryer. okay my point is. get us 8 minutes for the quarter! I think thats a fair price. 5th star - the ambient, yes everyone is just doing their thing but i sense that due to the only 28 free dryers people are just mad and u get this vibe.

I come here once a week to do my laundry and Ive always come back because its so clean and the staff is super friendly. In the past few weeks, however, theres been a steep decline in cleanliness at this location, which imo is extremely important for a laundry facility. Im not sure if theyre short-staffed or what but Ive seen it getting worse and today was just disgusting: Food and trash on the ground, and then found a piece of floss in one of the dryers

Looks cool, tries to be hip unfortunately some of the staff hates their job and takes it out on customers. Hopefully my fellow neighbors will not get the same service.

The facilities are clean, the machines are big, and the staff is really helpful.
