Quest Diagnostics

Very poor customer service!!! Above all they make mistake and don't take any responsibility for it. They didn't submit all of our labs. How this is possible and allowed? One star for this place is too much!

I have visited a lot of quest in Sacramento this site is amazing the staff are always working hard despite many rude people. If you were dissatisfied with the service at this location I certainly wouldnt try any of the others and the lady name Rebecca is super nice.

Walked in at 7, got an appointment 1h later and was finished by 8.30 Very friendly

I have been going to this quest lab for many years but looks like they are always lacking in their costomer service.It appears even if it is their fault the patient has to blame for it.I has twice experienced when I I went for my labs in Febuary of this year 2022 I asked the girl at front desk that I have other labs also due for which I had already made an appointment for march, can you do it with this lab?she replies its too early so you keep that appointment for march for the next labs. I went in March for my second labs(by the way the doctor has put electronic orders which are valid for one year)the results were not available two weeks after the labs were drawn on March 1st.for the march 17th appointment. I inquired by calling the quest client service where are my results the doctor has cancelled the appointment.And I assured the doctors office that I did sign the paper for the labs to verify the name and the labs that were done.The technician at quest client services took the time to find the puzzle that she can see the electronic orders but were never collected. They repeated the same labs from Febuary.I told her I have to complain but she said she is already sending an email to supervisor "April" and she will call you.But no one has called and here is my review and I will follow up further.This is very frustrating and I being a medical proffessional myself if this NEGLIGENCEhas happened to me.What about other patients.Already negative reviews above are telling the story.
