I LOVE ZenDerm, for several reasons. 1. Every session is consultative and educational prior to any service with expertly trained staff: Example: I wanted to address an area that adding neurotoxins to would've made my eyebrows droopy, so it was advised that we reschedule for a few weeks later avoid that area for now. 2. The monthly membership is mutually beneficial as I get add-on "pro bono" services AND can stash away a monthly amount towards future services (it's feels like using "Monopoly money" vs forking out a mortgage payment a few times a year), while ZD continues to have recurring revenue + customers coming in for services - great business model that offers legitimate perks for the customer. 3. The nicest staff, every single person. So kind, friendly and you can tell they are treated well here because they all seem to be in a great mood and love their job. This makes the biggest difference from going into a stodgy, sterile doctors office. 4. Great ambience and patient accommodations. There's a reason "Zen" is in their name, it's very serene and spa-like in here, and that carries over into their patient care as well. All around, cannot recommend this place enough. I've been to many derm spas/offices and this is by far the best, by a long stretch! Thank you ZD team for helping me invest in my health & my self and make it enjoyable all the while!
