Human Touch Behavioral Health

I was charged a $75 no show fee 2 weeks ago. Today, THEY canceled my appointment that's in 15 hours, when their policy is to give me 48hr notice. So, that's okay? But I get a penalty? I called them back after they canceled the appointment and asked for a refund from my no show since they are basically "no-showing" on me, and they said "oh wait, your appointment tomorrow is not canceled after all." So, if I were to miss that appointment because they said it was canceled, would I have been charged another no show fee?? They also don't have text messages that remind of appointments. They claim they don't have phones that are capable of doing that. Have you heard of the internet?? Ya'll don't have computers? Any scheduling system should be able to send texts. I HAVE ADHD PEOPLE!! You're surprised that I need reminders and have scheduling issues to get my adderall?? Im all out of adderall, that's the whole problem! It's like they think their mental health patients should be able to function normally. No, I don't blame everything on my ADHD, but I always have to jump through a million hoops to get my medication from them and it is mentally exhausting. You'd think they could think ONE step ahead and see that I'm using their services because I need help with this exact kind of thing. I give it 2 stars because I like my Dr herself and I feel like she cares. But the company's system is basically designed for you to fail. They make getting medication sooo difficult for someone like me who has trouble making and remembering appointments without their adderall.

Dr Trivedi is outstanding. Her care and compassion shine. Within the cozy environs and thanks to her wonderful staff, she dignifies each patient. Thank you, thank you, Dr, for helping us heal.

At first, I thought Dr. Trevedi was an amazing doctor, but eventually I realized she would not help me with my disability approval documentation unless I continued to participate in several treatments (the more treatments the more money from my insurance). Once I no longer wanted to participate in treatments, she refused to help me with my disability application. In fact, the information she reported hurt my case and I was denied. This is an insurance scam and all treatments require you to sign a contract so you are financially responsible if you dont complete the treatment. I do not recommend Human Touch Behavioral Health!

Extremely sensitive. To be counselors. All they want is the money. No chance of expressing yourself.

This place is absolutely horrific and needs to be put out of business immediately. They do not care about your mental health whatsoever and their billing is an absolute joke. I was told that my insurance was contracted with them and turns out that was a lie. Now theyre charging me close to $1000 for services. As someone who works in the mental health field, I am disgusted this business continues to get away with things like this. Please go somewhere else if you need any sort of psych treatment. Dr Trevedi is a monster for allowing this to happen.
