U.S. Air & Space Force Recruiting

UPDATE: I went through the entire recruiting process with the support and assistance with many of the recruiters from this office and am currently in tech school. I can honestly say that there wasnt a single thing that these amazing recruiters didnt prepare me for. All the information they told me about BMT was spot on and accurate. THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR EVERYONES recruiter. I heard horror story after horror story of other recruiters that make me so incredibly grateful that I had this phenomenal team help me every step of the way as they genuinely care about the people they are putting into the USAF. I would recommend anyone in the area who is thinking about joining to come talk to TSgt Waters or anyone working with him in his office. I cant wait for when I can come back and do RAP with them and help educate those that are thinking of joining.I have been going through the process with SSGT Martinez, and everytime I come in I always am pleased to be talking to both SSGT Martinez and TSGT Waters. Both recruiters have been absolutely incredible through the process and stand out from any other recruiter that I have talked to. Both recruiters are very straight forward and do not sugar coat anything. They have both given me valuable advice and genuinely care about the well being and interests of each applicant. They both helped me map out the process and I couldn't be more greatful to have such amazing recruiters in our area to be representing such a high quality branch. When you walk into their office and talk to either one, you will be blown away at their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to helping create careers.

Honestly, I came in completely blind, but I was lucky enough to get TSGT Waters who helped me. He helped me understand the entire process and help clarify any uncertainties I had. He quickly understood what goal I had and helped figure out the path that I should take to reach it. I'm glad I got TSGT Waters to help me out in starting this journey nice and smoothly.

Awesome recruiters, they really do get down with you on a deep level and help you get through MEPS. Definitely recommend Thomas as you're recruiter!!!! He was an awesome recruiter and I am proud to say I am an Air Force member!
