Rob and Eva stepped up when I almost gave up on selling my home. I was getting ridiculous offers for a very nice and well maintained large home with huge lot. Two other realtors I have tried but unfortunately no results. I was going to rent it but received a call from Rob and he made it happen for us. We were able to sell it and our buyers were also happy. Rob and Eva- I can't help but express my amazement. At first, we had another agent for our initial listing, which resulted in numerous showings but no offers for a couple of months. However, when Rob reached out to me, everything took a turn for the better. In just 20 days, we received an offer and successfully sold our home. Rob and Eva's communication skills are superb, and they make an incredible team that keeps you informed throughout the entire process. If were to use a scale of 1 (bad) to 10(excellent) we would give them 20+. We have during our life time of 65 years of marriage, bought and sold over 10 homes. Many were with realtors. None have come close to taken the length of time and difficulty as this one. This team of Rob and Eva had the patience and professional support well above any others. There consulting and communications were outstanding. The cared for us and showed us as such. Their hard work result in selling this very difficult sell. Oh my goodness! Eva Wiley is nothing less then a miracle worker! My wife and I entered the market as buyers in late February and Eva managed to find our home, have our offer accepted and walked us through the inspections to ultimately getting the keys to our forever home by mid April!!!
