One of the useless and lazy squad i have ever seen in my life, theyre not able to fix anything or help you with any issues with your computer, I purchased two ibuypower computers from best buy and it gave me problems from the beginning and its been more than 7 times iam taking to Geek squad they havent find and solve the issue. The recommendation is ZERO PERSENT to Geek Squad.

The squad is unable to help with square reader and offer very little insight to the problem. I wonder what their capabilities are.

Recently lost my phone. Worse than that, I realized I lost some very sentimental photos. (I thought I was doing back up, but apparently it didn't quite work) A N Y W A Y, I made an appointment with the Geek Squad, which was easy enough. Showed up the next day and talked with James. He was nice enough to listen to my sobs about my phone and checked my phone out to help. Although we weren't able to get some of the photos back, he explained things to me and was so nice and attentive. Quite frankly, it was more of a therapy session than anything because I just had to let somebody know about all my grief and the fact that I didn't have a phone for over 4 days. (That's a whole other long story, but I won't go into it now) My main point is that James was awesome. He was knowledgeable. He was super sweet. Listened to me, put up with me, and I left happy, and I am greatly satisfied with the customer service I received. Did I mention that this session was completely free? Yes, freeeee!! James had explained that if he had to do any kind of probing into my phone, there might be a charge, but it didn't come to that. I highly recommend the Geek Squad, no doubt about it!
