Kathleen is the BEST mortgage lender I've ever worked with, and she's been my lender for multiple properties in different cities. Not only does she have the best rate, but she is looking out more for her client's interests more than for her own which is incredibly rare in this industry. She is extremely knowledgeable and even previously worked as a real estate agent for half her life so she knows the ins and outs of every part of the home purchase process. Kathleen is also extremely compassionate and calming presence to speak to, just talking to her will lessen any anxiety I have. She is a rare breed, an incredible individual, and a true expert at her craft. Love her.

We did a 21 day escrow and she was quick and efficient, and made the process as easy as it could possibly be, writing letters, making calls and connections, and giving us all necessary information.
