My precious optometrist moved so I had to find a new optometrist. I went on Yelp and saw this five star Yelp review optometrist clinic so I gave it a try but my first routine eye exam visit experience was not great. During the exam, I found the optometrist to be rushed and impersonal. He did not take the time to explain the tests they were performing or answer my questions, which left me feeling frustrated and confused. When I asked about the results of the exam, the optometrist seemed dismissive and did not provide me with clear information. I was told I would get a call about their silicon plugs in a few weeks but I never got the call. Additionally, I was disappointed with the selection of eyeglasses available in the office. The frames were outdated and unappealing.Overall, the lack of personal attention left me feeling unsatisfied with my experience. I would not recommend this optometrist office to others.

I had an excellent experience with Greenhaven Optometry. I wish every Doctor's office was as caring and compassionate. They fit me in when I was having an urgent issue. Dr. Brian took his time with me and offered to send my PCP follow up information.  The front desk staff is wonderful too. I'd recommend them to anyone needing eye care.

Always makes coming in the office very easy. Fast simple and great selections.

This office has been very rude to me- enjoying that they are unable to help me. I sought to renew a prescription of the same contacts I had been wearing for over a year and they told me I needed a new prescription. I tried to make an appointment and they were booking 1 month out. I was already out of contacts at this point so I went to another office where an eye doctor had me "try" another brand. When I brought the new prescription in they wouldn't allow me to get my original brand- only the new one. The new brand contact lenses made my eyes hurt after just a few hours of wear and are dailies. I just called them to see if I could reorder my original brand and they said no- I actually never even cared about returning my crappy ones they made me buy but they seemed to enjoy telling me I was outside the return window. I received my contacts April 20th and it is now July 8th and somehow I'm outside the 90 day window. The girl answering the phone is rude. I don't want to give this business any support from now on.
