This is the slowest and least helpful pharmacy I have ever used. Every other pharmacy I've ever used fills my prescriptions the same day, usually within hours of my doctor sending the rx. This pharmacy regularly doesn't fill my prescriptions for DAYS. Additionally, most of them don't have good customer service. You can walk up to the pharmacy counter and 3 pharmacy employees will be working on the computers or walking around by the back counter, and just completely ignore you. They'll look up at you several times but nobody greets you or says they'll be with you in a minute, or even cracks a smile. They just look miserable and give you absolutely no acknowledgement for several minutes. Then the poor pharmacy tech will come out from the back and realize someone's standing there waiting and will come up to help you. I worked at a Walmart pharmacy in the past, and we had a mandatory rule of acknowledging each patient as soon as they walked up. Even if just to say "hi, one of us will be with you in a minute". Simply acknowledging someone makes the entire experience a lot more pleasant. I will say that the male pharmacist with the beard that seems to work on weekends is more friendly and talkative than any of the other employees. He will actually come up and help customers while the rest of the staff ignores them. And the pharmacy tech.. Vinnie? Or something like that. She is also friendly and more helpful than the rest.
